About These Terms

These terms apply when you purchase arrangements or services from Opulence and the Beetle. By placing an order with us, you agree to these conditions.

We’re based just outside Leeds and currently serve customers across Yorkshire, with plans to expand UK-wide soon.

Ordering Process

How orders work:

  • All arrangements are made to order
  • Each piece is a unique, one-off creation
  • No two arrangements are ever identical
  • Orders are confirmed via email correspondence
  • We’ll discuss your requirements before starting work

Custom commissions:

  • Bespoke pieces designed specifically for you
  • Detailed consultation included
  • Pricing confirmed before work begins
  • Timeline agreed at point of order

Payment Terms

When payment is due:

  • Deposit required to secure your order
  • Final payment before delivery
  • Payment methods will be confirmed during ordering
  • All prices include VAT where applicable

Pricing:

  • Prices are valid for 30 days from quotation
  • Custom work is individually priced
  • Delivery charges quoted separately
  • No hidden costs

No Returns Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our work, we cannot accept returns on completed arrangements.

Why we can’t offer returns:

  • Each piece is made specifically to order
  • Vintage vessels are carefully selected for each design
  • Arrangements cannot be resold once completed
  • This policy is clearly stated during the ordering process

Quality guarantee:

  • We stand behind the quality of our work
  • Any damage during delivery will be resolved
  • Manufacturing defects will be addressed

Delivery

Intellectual Property

  • Right to photograph for personal use
  • No commercial reproduction of our designs

Care and Maintenance

Your responsibilities:

Limitation of Liability

Reasonable limitations:

  • Natural variations in artificial stem colours
  • We cannot control how arrangements are cared for after delivery
